WHEN A TENANT IS FOUND

Carry out the transaction

Owner and tenant sign a rental agreement. The tenant pays the first month’s rent and a deposit – an insurance sum that ensures the safety of the property. We make an inventory of furniture and appliances and draw up a certificate of acceptance of the real estate

If necessary:

— We will help to have the contract notarised and have a sworn translator present

— We will provide the tenant with a legal alternative address for occasional rent (najem okazjonalny)

— We will advise on insurance so that in case of even emergency situations your property and income from the property will not be affected.
