Preparing the object for sale

Searching for a buyer

We receive dozens of calls from potential buyers a day, with each of them we discuss the terms of the deal and the wishes of the parties. The seller does not spend his time on this. We conduct showings and negotiations. We work ‘until the best offer’.

We accept an advance payment

We draw up and sign an agreement for an advance payment or deposit to reserve a property.

Carry out the transaction

We’re at the target. The buyer and seller sign the contract at the notary’s office. The sum of money for the property is reserved in a safe deposit box or on a letter of credit account. We ensure reliable transfer of funds and complete security of the transaction. The buyer registers his property rights in the land registry (Księga Wieczysta) to obtain the official status of owner.

We finalise settlements

We collect the documents and present them to the bank. The seller gets access to the money.
