Key Responsibilities:

– Assist clients in property sales, purchases, and rentals
– Provide detailed market analysis and property appraisals
– Guide clients through the negotiation and closing process
– Maintain a deep understanding of Warsaw’s real estate trends and regulations
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other industry professionals
– Market properties through online and offline channels
– Attend property viewings and open houses

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
– Knowledge of the Warsaw real estate market
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– Self-motivated and goal-oriented
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus
