Making a choice

We will conduct viewings and choose a flat. We will verify the authenticity of the documents, make sure that the owner is letting the apartment legally and that there are no obstacles to the transaction. We will check the condition of the premises and the proper functioning of communications

We draw up a tenancy agreement protecting the rights of the tenant and hand over the keys

The client and the owner sign the tenancy agreement and draw up a transfer act with an inventory of furniture and appliances, make mutual settlements. The tenant receives the keys to the flat and can celebrate the housewarming party. Congratulations!
  • If the owner of the flat terminates the contract early, although the tenant has faithfully complied with its terms, R&L Estate will help you rent a new flat.
  • If you are unable to rent a flat on the day of your request or the next day, we continue our work. New properties appear on the market every day!
